Entire World.

Sehr geehrte(r) Damen und Heeren,

Moin Moin from Hamburg (22/03/2026). From the past few weeks, I have been writing about unexpected endings, fear of losing, trauma, anxiety and working of a brain. I don’t have answers to all of them, correct!

But all of them are tied to my experiences!

Here is another one of them, from my experiences I could write about actions as well.

ACTIONS!!!

What is ACTIONS?

Fuck Dee, What does it mean man? XD

Here it is in my own words, “Actions define how other’s behaviour towards you can change your mood.”

In simplest term and the most famous words, “Mood Follows Actions”.

It also describes that how does your mood attends to the do the given task, it all depends on your mood.

More Simpler Conversation Ratio,

Mood —> Good —> you will respond in a positive manner.

Mood —> Okay —> you will respond in a neutral manner.

Mood —> Bad/Sad —> you will respond in a really negative manner.

These are facts, you must notice these patterns.

Let’s move on to my experiences,

First of all, there are two sections of my blogs:

  1. Personal Blog’s (These will be with me forever, unpublished)
  2. DeeBot’s Blog: A public website where I share my personal experiences and learnings

From my personal Blogs, I figured out a pattern of mine. Most of my works and behaviours follow, “My Actions Follow my Mood”.

Heh, this is the total opposite of the things I have shared, Exactly.

I’ll explain how, my actions like how I treat people, how other people behave with me, how my work is doing, and how productive my day was… etc.

There is a huge communication gap, because they need time? It affects my mood when I think about it…

Let me correct it, I overthink about it. Okay, now it’s correct xD.

So your answer to this problem would be really simple right? Just stop thinking about it!

Well, to be honest. Its not.

I have tried this multiple times and failed the most of the times.

The only thing that gives me option to not overthink is… not giving my self the time of the day to overthink about. i keep myself so busy… that I don’t have to think about the actions that follow my overthinking.

I know I know, its sounds like so much like Andrew Tate.. But’s truth to be told, if it helps me being emotionally unavailable and also helps me being emotionally strong, then I would do it without second guessing it.

That being said, it’s has its own side effects.

You know, you de-centralise your thoughts in such a way that when you get out of that routine or getting some uninvited free time what you will do?

All you can do is, get back to old habits and that action will lead to overthinking.

Not giving time of the day will lead to nothing, trust me!

What’s the solution to this?

Here is my opinion, give some time with you thoughts. They deserve your time of your day. Start Journaling? Or Even just scribble your ideas, talk to a friend, talk your siblings, cousins anywhere you can get a answer and peace. That’s all.

I still have not figured it out, about this situation. But I know, Some battles are not fought alone. Sometimes you need help. A little push and everything will go smooth and Give a little Time.

Until Next Time!!

Dann, Bis Dann!!

Best Regards / M.f.G,

Dheirya (Dee)
